The wastewater treatment agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight and the content of the components is: 30-40% of modified bentonite, 20-40% of a silicon dioxide adsorbent, 5-10% of a flocculating agent, 5-10% of microbial bacteria, 1-5% of amino trimethylene phosphonic acid, 5-10% of polyaspartic acid, 1-5% of a chitosan-graphene composite material, and 5-10% of a regulator. The wastewater treatment agent exerts a coordination effect by means of compounding of the raw materials, the wastewater having higher concentration can be continuously treated, the COD, BOD and SS content of the treated wastewater is remarkably reduced, and the produced water can be recycled repeatedly.
