The method comprises the following steps: first cutting a steel-plastic plate (20) to form a shape of an unfolded edge-curled steel-plastic back plate, the steel-plastic back plate comprising a thick body structure (201) and thin body structures (202) located on the periphery of the thick body structure (201); then performing pre-edge-curling treatment on each thin body structure (202) of the steel-plastic plate (20) to form, at a pre-bending position, a structure (301) to be curled; performing 90-degree bending treatment on each thin body structure (202) of the steel-plastic plate (20) to form a bent structure (302); and performing edge curling or edge rolling treatment on the end portion of each bent structure (302) from bottom to top to form a curled body structure 303.
