Un dispositif comprend un substrat comprenant une cavité, un noyau magnétique dans la cavité, un premier enroulement s'étendant autour du noyau magnétique, et un canal unique qui s'étend entre la cavité et un extérieur du dispositif et qui définit une ouverture.
