La présente invention concerne un procédé de production en deux étapes de 3-HP, comprenant : une première étape de culture de cellules à une concentration élevée ; et une seconde étape de production de 3-HP en utilisant les cellules cultivées à concentration élevée en tant que catalyseur, l'énergie et/ou l'équilibre des coenzymes étant ajustés pendant la culture en deux étapes pour produire du 3-HP et/ou améliorer la productivité de 3-HP.
