An electronic apparatus according to an embodiment disclosed in the present document may comprise: a housing; a display at least partially exposed through the housing; a bracket coupled inside the housing; an audio device seated in the bracket; and a sealing member forming a path of sound output from the audio device, wherein the sealing member includes: a first opening oriented toward the bracket; a second opening oriented toward the housing; a first protrusion structure disposed at the inner surface of the sealing member; and a second protrusion structure disposed at the outer surface of the sealing member.
