Material scraping devices correspond to the rows of material bins on a one-to-one basis, and each material scraping device comprises a material scraping travelling cart (32) that matches, in a bridging manner, material scraping rails (31) on two sides of a material bin, wherein the material scraping rails (31) are longitudinal and are longitudinally as long as a warehouse body, a rotary table (33) is arranged below the middle of the material scraping travelling cart (32), an arm base (
