Zusammenfassung:	A modified recycled polyethylene (PE) plastic for a plastic pipeline and a preparation method therefor. The modified recycled PE plastic comprises a plastic base material, a modified reinforcing and toughening additive, and a processing aid; the plastic base material comprises an HDPE waste plastic, an LDPE waste plastic, an LLDPE waste plastic, and an ethylene copolymer waste plastic; the modified reinforcing and toughening additive comprises a silane compound, maleic anhydride, a grafting initiator, a dehydration catalyst, and an antioxidant; the processing aid comprises a rigid filler, an internal lubricant, and an external lubricant. In the method, the modified recycled PE plastic is prepared from the plastic base material, the modified reinforcing and toughening additive, and the processing aid, and the obtained modified recycled PE plastic is high in impact strength and stable in performance.
