BREAST RECONSTRUCTION SUPPORT USING DERMAL TISSUE-DERIVED EXTRACELLULAR MATRIX AND FABRICATION METHOD THEREFOR

The present invention relates to a graft for breast reconstruction by using a dermal tissue-derived extracellular matrix and a fabrication method therefor. In the present invention, a delipidated and decellularized, dermal tissue-derived extracellular matrix is constructed and then irradiated with gamma rays, thereby fabricating a graft for breast reconstruction which can suppress capsular contracture, maintain volume, and minimize a morphological change in spite of continual radiotherapy after mastectomy. La présente invention concerne une greffe pour la reconstruction du sein à l'aide d'une matrice extracellulaire dérivée d'un tissu dermique et son procédé de fabrication.
