In addition, the present invention relates to a method for cleaving, editing or modifying a target nucleic acid by using an engineered guide RNA and an engineered CRISPR/Cas12f1 (Cas14a1) system comprising the guide RNA.
La présente invention concerne un système CRISPR/Cas12f1 (Cas14a1) modifié.
