It was confirmed that glutamine, which is an active ingredient of the present invention, can not only restore memory and cognitive function diminished by stress, but can also inhibit nerve cell damage, reduce the content of ROS/RNS in brain tissues, as well as the expression level of proteins related thereto, and enhance synaptic plasticity, and animals with Alzheimer's disease, when fed glutamine, had enhanced cognitive ability and suppressed accumulation of Aβ42. La présente invention concerne une composition pour la prévention, le soulagement ou le traitement d'une lésion cérébrale et d'un trouble cognitif léger comprenant de la glutamine ou un sel de cette dernière en tant que principe actif.
