This portable contactless biosignal detection device comprises an antenna unit in which a MIMO radar planar antenna is disposed on the front surface, and a display unit which is provided with a display panel on the front surface, wherein: the antenna unit and the display unit are combined in a manner so that, from a state where the planar antenna and the display panel are facing in the direction ahead of the front surface, the antenna unit is rotatable with respect to the display unit or vice versa such that the planar antenna faces the direction of the back surface of the display unit opposite from the display panel; and the portable contactless biosignal detection device detects a biosignal on the side ahead of the front surface and a biosignal on the side in the direction of the back surface opposite from the front surface.
