DEVICE AND METHOD FOR IDENTIFYING ANOMALIES IN AN INDUSTRIAL SYSTEM FOR CARRYING OUT A PRODUCTION PROCESS

Eine erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung zur Erkennung von Anomalien in einer industriellen Anlage (1) zur Ausführung eines Produktionsprozesses (3) für ein Produkt, wobei die Anlage eine Vielzahl von Sensoren (7) zur Messung von Prozessgrößen des Produktionsprozesses (3) umfasst, umfasst einen Anomalie-Detektor (16) mit zumindest einer trainierten künstlichen Intelligenz (18). Diese ist ausgebildet und trainiert, basierend auf einer Vielzahl von Messdaten (M) der Sensoren (7) Anomalien in dem Produktionsprozess (3) zu detektieren und/oder vorherzusagen. Bei Detektion und/oder Vorhersage einer Anomalie gibt der Anomalie-Detektor (16) eine Anomalie-Information (A) aus.
