A special degaussing cable for a fixed winding for an underwater vehicle, the degaussing cable comprising three main wire cores, wherein a support rubber strip (80) is clamped among the three main wire cores; the three main wire cores are arranged in an inner protective layer (85); the main wire core comprises a copper wire core (81); a sealant layer (82) is provided on an outer side of the copper wire core (81); an outer protective layer (83) is provided on an outer side of the sealant layer (82); a second sealing layer (86) is provided on an outer side of the inner protective layer (85); an armor layer (87) is provided on an outer side of the second sealing layer (86); a first sealing layer (88) is provided on an outer side of the armor layer (87); an outer protective layer (89) is provided on an outer side of the first sealing layer (88); and filling sealant (84) is further provided on an inner side of the inner protective layer (85). Several single copper wires are continuously twisted by means of a twist
