Disclosed is a method for selecting a packet transmission path, the method comprising: an initiator end device generating a first packet; and the initiator end device transmitting the first packet to a reflector end device by means of a first path, wherein the first packet comprises first indication information, and the first indication information is used to instruct the reflector end device to select a path for transmitting a second packet to the initiator end device. A first packet transmitted by an initiator end device carries first indication information that indicates a first path, such that a reflector end can select a return path according to the first indication information after the reflector end obtains the first packet.
