ELEVATOR CONTROL SYSTEM

Provided is an elevator control system which suppresses a reduction in user convenience. A control system (8) comprises an identification unit (32), an acquisition unit (33), and an analysis unit (34). The identification unit (32) identifies users (P) of an elevator (1). The acquisition unit (33) acquires, for each user (P) identified by the identification unit (32), getting-on/off characteristics when the user (P) gets on/off an elevator car (16) of the elevator (1). The analysis unit (34) calculates a command value of a door opening time for each user (P) on the basis of the getting-on/off characteristics acquired by the acquisition unit (33). The command value for the door opening time is a command value to which an elevator car door (19) of the elevator car (16) responds when the user (P) identified by the identification unit (32) gets on/off the elevator car (16).
