The dust removal filler (6) comprises: a plurality of rows of channels (61), each channel (61) obliquely extending with respect to a vertical direction to form a windward surface (611) and a leeward surface (612); and a corrugated plate (62), crests of the corrugated plate (62) being attached to the leeward surface (612) of the oblique prism channel (61). During an operation process, dust is adhered to recesses of the lower surface of the corrugated plate (62) and is aggregated to form a dust aggregate, and when the gravity of the dust aggregate is greater than an adhesion force, the dust aggregate falls onto the windward surface (611) of the channel (61) and slips from the windward surface (611) of the channel (61).
