Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are a self-locking and detection circuit and apparatus, and a control method. The self-locking and detection circuit comprises a self-locking circuit and a detection circuit; the self-locking circuit comprises a three-terminal transistor group and a first input end; the three-terminal transistor group comprises a first transistor and a second transistor; the detection circuit comprises a pull-up resistor, a bleeder resistor and a third transistor; a first end of the pull-up resistor is provided with a first terminal used for signal outputting; a third end of the third transistor is provided with a second terminal used for signal outputting; the first input end is arranged between a first end of the third transistor and the first terminal; and the first input end is used for receiving a level signal output by a controller.
