In particular, provided are methods, compositions, uses, and kits for treating subjects having cancer by administering an anti-TIGIT antagonist antibody (e.g., an anti-TIG IT antagonist antibody as disclosed herein, e.g., tiragolumab) and a PD-1 axis binding antagonist (e.g., an anti-PD-L1 antagonist antibody (e.g., atezolizumab)). L'invention concerne des méthodes de dosage pour le traitement des cancers.
