BENIGN PROSTATIC HYPERPLASIA TREATMENT APPARATUS

Disclosed is a benign prostatic hyperplasia treatment apparatus. The benign prostatic hyperplasia treatment apparatus, according to the present invention, comprises: an anchor assembly (200) provided with a pair of anchors (210, 220) which are disposed in the vertical direction on the outer side of a prostate compressing the prostatic urethra, and a ligature (230) which interconnects the pair of anchors (210, 220) so that the pair of anchors (210, 220) continuously compress the prostatic tissue, thereby enabling the prostatic urethra to be gained; a sheath (300) inserted into the urethra and accommodating a needle (350) which guides so that the anchor assembly (200) is ligated to the prostate; and a needle operation part (400) for operating the movement of the needle (350) so that the needle (350) is discharged through an end portion of the sheath (300). In addition, the benign prostatic hyperplasia treatment apparatus preferably comprises: a ligature winder (500) provided on one side of the needle operation part (400) so as to wind the ligature (230) so as to control the strength by which the anchor assembly (200) compresses the prostate; and a handle frame part (100) gripped by an operator and supporting an end portion of the sheath (300), the needle operation part (400) and the ligature winder (500).
