The intelligent control method for an air conditioner comprises: determining an operating period in which an air conditioner is located, and acquiring a self-adjustment model corresponding to the operating period, wherein the self-adjustment model is obtained by means of machine learning algorithm training and by taking an operating state of the air conditioner in the operating period and corresponding environmental data as training samples; acquiring the operating state of the air conditioner and environmental parameters; inputting the operating state and the environmental parameters into the self-adjustment model; performing prediction calculation by using the self-adjustment model, so as to obtain a self-adjustment policy of the air conditioner; and controlling the air conditioner according to the self-adjustment policy.
