A film laminating machine and a usage method therefor, which relates to the technical field of electric control. The laminating machine (100) comprises: a lifting device (110), which comprises a first motor (111) and a first frame body (112), the first motor (111) being provided on the first frame body (112); a carrying assembly (120), which comprises a roller bed (121), the roller bed (121) being provided in a middle position below the first frame body (112), and palletizers being provided on the roller bed (121); a film feeding device (130), which comprises a second motor (132) and at least two roller sets (131), all of the roller sets (131) having different heights and being transmissionally connected to a driving shaft of the second motor (132), and the specifications of cold shrinkage films installed by the different roller sets (131) being different; and a film drawing device (140), which comprises a plurality of film continuation assemblies (141), the plurality of film continuation assemblies (141) bei
