Zusammenfassung:	A rope locking apparatus, comprising: a locking member (11) adapted to switching between a locked state and an unlocked state with a rope (100); a roller (22) adapted to being pressed against the surface of the rope (100) under the action of a pressing member; a rotating shaft (25) adapted to rotating along with the roller (22); a centrifugal member, which is mounted on the rotating shaft (25) and rotates along with the rotating shaft (25), wherein the centrifugal member switches between a centrifugal state and a reset state along with change in a centrifugal force; and a driving member, wherein the centrifugal member in the centrifugal state drives the driving member to move, so that the locking member (11) moves until same is in the locked state; and the centrifugal member in the reset state is separated from the driving member, so that the locking member (11) is in the unlocked state.
