A tail gas treatment system and method for an asphalt mixture thermal regeneration combination device, the system comprising a regeneration drying drum (1), a primary drying drum (2), a primary combustor (20), and a dust remover (3). The primary combustor (20) is used for supplying heat to the primary drying drum (2); an input end of the dust remover (3) communicates with a tail gas exhaust end of the primary drying drum (2).
