The reinforcement obtained from the unrolling step is heat-treated under such temperature and duration conditions that T+13.7x1n(t) >175, T representing the processing temperature in °C and t representing the duration for which the reinforcement is maintained at the temperature T in seconds. L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une nappe renforcée (6=) comprenant une composition élastomérique et au moins un élément de renfort métallique (30), dans lequel ledit (30) renfort est soumis à un traitement thermique spécifique.
