Zusammenfassung:	A transaction verification method and apparatus, for use in the technical field of computers. The method is applied to an electronic device comprising a security element (SE), a trusted execution environment (TEE), and a rich execution environment (REE), and comprises: in a transaction verification process, implementing execution of a service logic and data storage by transferring same from an SE side to a TEE side, and the SE side reserving transaction legality verification, so that the problem that storage space and computing performance of the SE of the electronic device are limited is overcome while ensuring the security, and user experience is significantly improved. The method is also applied to a server side, and comprises performing incremental verification on a data certificate from the electronic device, and verifying the legality of data in the data certificate which is not recorded in a historical data certificate.
