Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for inducing the death and suppressing the growth of bacteria causing infection from the skin during a surgical operation, by means of a local change in pH resulting from the degradation of biodegradable metal microneedles in skin. A microneedle patch, according to the present invention, may comprise: a patch main body which may be attached to a skin incision site of a patient; and a plurality of microneedles which may penetrate into the skin by protruding from at least one surface of the patch main body, and which are formed from a biodegradable metal which dissolves in the skin, thereby causing the pH level of the skin incision site to increase. La présente invention concerne un procédé pour induire la mort et supprimer la croissance de bactéries provoquant une infection par la peau pendant une opération chirurgicale, au moyen d'un changement local du pH résultant de la dégradation de micro-aiguilles métalliques biodégradables dans la peau. Un timbre à micro-aiguilles, selon la présente invention, peut comprendre : un corps principal de timbre qui peut être fixé à un site d'incision de la peau d'un patient ; et une pluralité de micro-aiguilles qui peuvent pénétrer dans la peau en dépassant d'au moins une surface du corps principal du timbre, et qui sont formées d'un métal biodégradable qui se dissout dans la peau, amenant ainsi le niveau de pH du site d'incision de la peau à augmenter. 본 발명은 생분해성금속 마이크로니들이 피부에서 분해되면서 국부적으로 pH를 변화시켜 외과 수술 시 피부로부터의 감염을 유발하는 박테리아의 사멸을 유도하고 성장을 억제하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 마이크로니들 패치는 환자의 피부 절개 부위에 부착될 수 있는 패치 본체 및 상기 패치 본체의 적어도 일면에 돌출되어 피부로 침투 가능하며, 피부 내에서 용해되어 상기 피부 절개 부위의 pH를 상승시키는 생분해성금속으로 이루어지는 다수의 마이크로니들을 포함할 수 있다.
