L'invention concerne un procédé d'analyse de la capacité d'un anticorps à se lier à un épitope cible comprenant une modification post-transductionnelle à l'intérieur d'une protéine d'intérêt, par dosage de la liaison dudit anticorps à un antigène de substitution comprenant l'épitope cible avec la modification post-transductionnelle. L'invention concerne également des kits et des antigènes de substitution, tels que la protéine de liaison au maltose marquée avec l'épitope cible.
