Zusammenfassung:	An orthopedic surgery device and an orthopedic surgery robot system. The orthopedic surgery device comprises orthopedic surgery tools and two moving mechanisms. The two moving mechanisms respectively provide a reciprocating movement variable in different directions for the orthopedic surgery tools. The orthopedic surgery device further comprises a decoupling mechanism (3) and an orthopedic surgery tool clamping mechanism. The orthopedic surgery tool clamping mechanism is mounted with the orthopedic surgery tools, and is connected to the decoupling mechanism (3). The decoupling mechanism (3) is connected to the two moving mechanisms, so that the orthopedic surgery tools arrives at any point within the range of travel under the combined action of the two moving mechanisms.
