The supporting frame comprises: a supporting base (710) disposed between the body housing and the baseplate; a center release member (730), directly or indirectly fixedly connected to the baseplate; and a floating connection arm (740) connected between the center release member and the supporting base, the floating connection arm allowing the supporting frame to move with respect to the center release member when the supporting frame receives an axial and/or radial action force.
