The display panel (100) comprises: an array substrate (1), and a first signal line group (21) and a second signal line group (22) which are arranged on the array substrate (1), wherein the first signal line group (21) at least comprises an alternating-current signal line (211), and signal lines in the second signal line group (22) are all direct-current signal lines; and a cover plate (3), with the cover plate (3) being arranged on the array substrate (1) and at least covering the first signal line group (21), wherein on a plane parallel to the cover plate (3), the projection of the second signal line group (22) does not overlap with the projection of the cover plate (3).
