Zusammenfassung: | One embodiment of the present invention provides a technique for precisely measuring the amount of exercise of a user performing repetitive actions and, at the same time, simplifying the configuration of a device for same. A method for measuring the amount of exercise by using a trampoline, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a first step of bringing a portion of a user's body into contact with a contact surface, which is an upper surface of an elastic pad part having a color and formed of a translucent material, and capturing a contact shadow that is a shadow of a lower surface of the elastic pad part and the portion of the user's body so as to start collecting captured images; a second step of providing an acting force, which is a force by the user, to the elastic pad part, and collecting captured images for a shape change of the elastic pad part and a shape and a position change of the contact shadow; a third step of generating an elastic pad mask that is a mask defining an area of the elastic pad part, which is one object in the captured images so as to extract the area of the elastic pad part; a fourth step of generating a shadow mask that is a mask defining an area of the contact shadow, which is a different object in the captured images so as to extract the area of the contact shadow; a fifth step of using a change in formation of the elastic pad part and a change in three-dimensional coordinates of a center point of the contact shadow, and deriving the amount of movement of the user, which is a change in a three-dimensional position of the portion of the user's body; and a sixth step of using the amount of movement of the user and an elastic modulus of the elastic pad part, and calculating the amount of exercise of the user.
