MULTIFUNCTIONAL TRACTION AND FIXING DEVICE FOR BONE SETTING

Disclosed is a multifunctional traction and fixing device for bone setting, which relates to the technical field of medical instruments. Two traction splints (1) are used as bases, traction nails (2) are arranged at front ends of the traction splints (1), positioning and pressurizing screws (3F) are arranged at middle portions of the traction splints (1), a traction handle screw (3) is arranged at rear ends of the traction splints, and a plurality of auxiliary fixing needle holders and auxiliary fixing needles (6) are arranged on the traction splints (1). Nail heads of the two traction nails (2) oppositely abut against a lower end of a fracture to confirm a fixing position, and the rear ends of the two traction splints (1) are pulled along a thigh direction by means of traction. If multiple fractures need auxiliary fixation, matching auxiliary fixing needle holders are selected according to different fracture displacements, and the auxiliary fixing needles (6) are installed to abut against fractured bones and
