Both the start limiting member and the end limiting member are components separated from the ratchet wheel, and are respectively located on both sides of the swing arm. The swing arm swings to drive the first protruding member to move towards the start limiting member, so that the first protruding member abuts against the start limiting member. The swing arm swings to drive the second protruding member to move towards the end limiting member, so that the second protruding member abuts against the end limiting member, and thus the rotating disk is rotated at a predetermined angle.
