Zusammenfassung:Provided are compounds of Formula (I) for the treatment of infectious and inflammatory diseases. The compounds described herein are lincosamides modified at the amino acid (southern) region. The compounds may have further modification at the C-7 position of the aminooctose (northern) region, thus distinguishing them from lincomycin and clindamycin. Also provided are methods for preparing the compounds, pharmaceutical compositions comprising the compounds, and methods of treating infectious diseases using the disclosed compounds. L'invention concerne des composés de formule (I) pour le traitement de maladies infectieuses et inflammatoires. Les composés de l'invention sont des lincosamides modifiés au niveau de la région des acides aminés (au sud). Les composés peuvent avoir une autre modification à la position C-7 de la région de l'aminooctose (au nord), ce qui permet de les distinguer de la lincomycine et de la clindamycine. L'invention concerne également des procédés de préparation des composés, des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant les composés, et des méthodes de traitement de maladies infectieuses à l'aide des composés décrits.
