Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to complement component 4 (C4) inhibitors for use in treatment of a neurological disease. The invention in particular relates to the use of C4 inhibitors for down-regulation of C4 expression. The invention also relates to nucleic acid molecules, which are complementary to C4A and/or C4B and capable of reducing the level of an C4A and/or C4B mRNA. Also comprised in the present invention is a pharmaceutical composition and its use in the treatment of a neurological disease. La présente invention concerne des inhibiteurs du composant 4 du complément (C4) destinés à être utilisés dans le traitement d'une maladie neurologique. L'invention concerne en particulier l'utilisation d'inhibiteurs de C4 pour la régulation négative de l'expression de C4. L'invention concerne également des molécules d'acide nucléique, qui sont complémentaires de C4A et/ou C4B et capables de réduire le niveau d'un ARNm C4A et/ou C4B. La présente invention concerne également une composition pharmaceutique et son utilisation dans le traitement d'une maladie neurologique.
