L'invention se rapporte au procédé de polymérisation de la fibrine par des peptides synthétiques imitant des fragments de la région superhélice de la fibrine (du fibrinogène), dans lequel est utilisé un mélange d'analogues peptidiques structuraux synthétiques non immunogènes de fragments de molécule de fibrinogène humain tels que MEILRGDFSSANN, QKRQKQVKDN, NPDESSKPN selon un rapport équimolaire.
