Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to stable aqueous parenteral solutions comprising desglymidodrine and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients comprising one or more pH adjusting agents, wherein pH of the solution is from about 4 to about 8 and the invention also relates to processes for preparing such aqueous parenteral solutions for treating hepatorenal syndrome comprising administering such aqueous parenteral solutions through a parenteral route. La présente invention concerne des solutions parentérales aqueuses stables comprenant de la desglymidodrine et un ou plusieurs excipients pharmaceutiquement acceptables, comprenant un ou plusieurs agents de réglage du pH, le pH de la solution étant d'environ 4 à environ 8. L'invention concerne également des procédés de préparation de telles solutions parentérales aqueuses pour le traitement du syndrome hépatorénal, comprenant l'administration de telles solutions parentérales aqueuses par voie parentérale.
