L'invention concerne des matériaux et des procédés de production d'une population de cellules dendritiques tolérogènes stables à partir d'un premier type de cellule, le procédé comprenant l'exposition du premier type de cellule au 2-désoxy glucose (2-DG). Les cellules dendritiques tolérogènes stables traitées par 2-DG à faible dose peuvent être utilisées, entre autres, dans la thérapie cellulaire pour des maladies auto-immunes et d'autres maladies à médiation immunitaire.
