The method comprises: performing feature extraction on an image to be detected to obtain multiple image layers of the image to be detected; obtaining information content corresponding to each of the image layers; searching for the image layer having information content satisfying a preset condition as a target image layer; and obtaining a target detection result by using the target image layer.
