HIGH-PERFORMANCE OPTICAL SURFACE

A high-performance optical surface includes: a substrate having a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface; a first anti-reflection (A/R) coating formed on the second surface of the substrate; a coated layer formed over the A/R coating on a surface of the A/R coating opposite to the stress compensation layer, where a surface of the coating layer opposite to the first A/R coating is diamond point turned or polished to improve finish; and a second A/R coating formed on the polished surface of the coating layer to formed the high-performance reflective surface. L'invention concerne une surface optique haute performance comprenant : un substrat ayant une première surface et une seconde surface opposée à la première surface ; un premier revêtement anti-reflet (A/R) formé sur la seconde surface du substrat ; une couche revêtue formée sur le revêtement A/R sur une surface du revêtement A/R opposée à la couche de compensation de contrainte, une surface de la couche de revêtement opposée au premier revêtement A/R étant tournée ou polie pour améliorer la finition ; et un second revêtement A/R formé sur la surface polie de la couche de revêtement pour former la surface réfléchissante haute performance.
