Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a 3-((8-((1H-pyrazol-4-yl)amino)imidazo[1,2-a]pyridin-3-yl)ethinyl)-N-phenylbenzamide derivative, a method for preparing same, and a pharmaceutical composition containing same as an active ingredient for prevention or treatment of cancer, wherein the derivative can significantly inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells by inhibiting a kinase, especially, Bcr-Abl kinase or Bcr-Abl(T315I) kinase, and thus can be advantageously used as a pharmaceutical composition for prevention or treatment of cancer. La présente invention concerne un dérivé de 3-((8-((1H-pyrazol-4-yl)amino)imidazo[1,2-a]pyridin-3-yl)éthinyl)-N-phénylbenzamide, un procédé de préparation de celui-ci, et une composition pharmaceutique le contenant en tant que principe actif pour la prévention ou le traitement du cancer, le dérivé pouvant inhiber de manière significative la prolifération de cellules cancéreuses par inhibition d'une kinase, en particulier, la kinase Bcr-Abl ou la kinase Bcr-Abl (T315I), et peut ainsi être utilisé de manière avantageuse en tant que composition pharmaceutique pour la prévention ou le traitement du cancer. 본 발명은 3-((8-((1H-피라졸-4-일)아미노)이미다조[1,2-a]피리딘-3-일)에티닐)-N-페닐벤즈아미드 유도체, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 암의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 상기 유도체는 키나아제, 특히 Bcr-Abl 키나아제 또는 Bcr-Abl(T315I) 키나아제를 억제하여 암세포의 증식을 현저히 억제할 수 있으므로, 암의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물로 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
