A purpose of the present invention is to provide an adhesive sheet which exhibits excellent shear strength and excellent slurry resistance at high temperatures, while having excellent releasability that enables peeling without adhesive residue. Another purpose of the present invention is to provide a polishing pad with an adhesive sheet, said polishing pad having the above-described adhesive sheet. The present invention is an adhesive sheet which has at least one adhesive layer, wherein: the adhesive layer contains a base polymer, a tackifying resin (T1) that has a hydroxyl value of less than 20 mgKOH/g, and a tackifying resin (T2) that has a hydroxyl value of from 20 mgKOH/g to 120 mgKOH/g; the base polymer is a block copolymer of a monovinyl-substituted aromatic compound and a conjugated diene compound; and with respect to the adhesive layer, the content of the tackifying resin (T1) relative to 100 parts by weight of the base polymer is from 10 parts by weight to 60 parts by weight, and the content of the tackifying resin (T2) relative to 100 parts by weight of the base polymer is from 1 part by weight to 40 parts by weight.
