Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a water-soluble catechin complex, and a composition which is for preventing or treating atopic diseases and comprises same, and more specifically, to a composition which includes at least one selected from among: a complex of catechin and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP-CTEC); a complex of catechin and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA-CTEC); and a complex of catechin and polyethylene glycol (PVA-CTEC), and thus can exhibit the effects of preventing, ameliorating, alleviating symptoms, or treating atopic dermatitis, or relieving symptoms thereof.
