Zusammenfassung:A complex in which a protein or a nucleic acid is coupled to a liposome produced as a pulmonary surfactant can not only be selectively delivered to the lungs without any damage to the structure of the protein or the nucleic acid and with the original form and function thereof preserved during in vivo administration, but can also efficiently deliver the coupled protein or nucleic acid (gene) to surrounding cells by being effectively fused with a pulmonary surfactant membrane present in an alveolus, and has the benefit of having little toxicity and excellent structural stability. Un complexe dans lequel une protéine ou un acide nucléique est couplé à un liposome produit sous forme de tensioactif pulmonaire peut non seulement être administré sélectivement dans les poumons sans aucun dommage à la structure de la protéine ou de l'acide nucléique et avec sa forme d'origine et sa fonction préservée pendant l'administration in vivo, mais peut également délivrer efficacement la protéine ou l'acide nucléique couplé (gène) dans les cellules environnantes en étant efficacement fusionnée avec une membrane de tensioactif pulmonaire présente dans une alvéole, et possède l'avantage d'avoir une faible toxicité et une excellente stabilité structurelle. 폐 계면활성제로 제조되는 리포좀에 단백질 또는 핵산이 결합된 복합체는, 생체 내 투여시 단백질 또는 핵산의 구조가 훼손되지 않으면서 본래 형태와 기능을 보존한 상태로 폐(lung)에 선택적으로 전달할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 폐포 내에 존재하는 폐 계면활성제 막과 효율적으로 융합되어 결합된 단백질 또는 핵산(유전자)을 주변 세포에 효율적으로 전달할 수 있으며, 독성이 적고 구조 안정성이 우수한 효과가 있다.
