Zusammenfassung:A hexagonal semiconductor microdisk laser. The optical loss of a microcavity laser is reduced by means of distributed Bragg reflector layers (4) according to the stimulated radiation physical properties of a high refractive index gain material. A hexagonal semiconductor microdisk (2) is used as an optical resonant cavity and a laser light gain material; a laser (3) is used as an optical pump source to provide optical gain, and produces laser light emission when the gain exceeds a threshold of the microcavity laser; the laser light spot of the pump source is controlled to be located at the corner of the hexagonal semiconductor microdisk (2) to produce laser light emission of the double-triangular whispering gallery optical resonance mode after stimulated radiation, so as to solve the problems of low quality factor of the hexagonal whispering gallery mode and emission difficulty of the triangular whispering gallery mode, thus achieving a high quality factor and easy laser light emission compared with the conven
