FLUORESCENT X-RAY ANALYZER

A fluorescent X-ray analyzer (1) includes, inside an analysis chamber (10) covered by a housing (10a): an X-ray tube (11); a dispersive crystal (13) that disperses a fluorescent X ray emitted from a sample (12); an X-ray detector (14) that detects the fluorescent X ray dispersed by the dispersive crystal (13); a warm air generator (20) that generates warm air for maintaining the temperature of the dispersive crystal (13) at a target temperature; and a Peltier element (30) that cools the X-ray detector (14).
