WATER-SOLUBLE METAL WORKING FLUID COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR USING SAME

A water-soluble metal working fluid composition and a method for using same. The water-soluble metal working fluid composition contains the following components: (A), (B), and (C). The component (A) is fatty acid with 9-11 carbon atoms, the component (B) is a component of unsaturated fatty acid with 16-22 carbon atoms, and the component (C) is polyfatty acid with an acid value of 10-200 mgKOH/g. The component (A) is 1-20 mass% of the total amount of the components (A), (B), and (C). The component (B) is 30-60 mass% of the total amount of the components (A), (B), and (C). The component (C) is 35-55 mass% of the total amount of the components (A), (B), and (C). The water-soluble metal working fluid composition maintains processability and improves mechanical fouling.
