Accordingly there is provided a method of culturing T cells comprising adding to immune cells comprising T cells obtained from a subject having a pathology a non-cellular agent capable of binding 4-1BB and activating said 4-1BB signaling pathway; and culturing the immune cells with said agent for more than 7 days. Also provided are T cells obtainable by the method and uses thereof. L'invention concerne des procédés de culture de lymphocytes T. En conséquence, l'invention concerne un procédé de culture de lymphocytes T consistant à ajouter à des cellules immunitaires comprenant des lymphocytes T obtenus à partir d'un sujet ayant une pathologie, un agent non cellulaire capable de se lier à 4-1BB et d'activer ladite voie de signalisation 4-1BB; et à cultiver des cellules immunitaires avec ledit agent pendant plus de 7 jours. L'invention concerne également des lymphocytes T pouvant être obtenus au moyen de ce procédé et leurs utilisations.
