Zusammenfassung:An aerospace aluminum alloy emulsified cutting fluid capable of retarding color change, prepared by the following components by weight percentage: 50-52% of naphthenic oil, 3.3-4.3% of extreme pressure lubrication corrosion inhibitor, 12-13% of oil-based lubricant, 4-6% of petroleum sodium sulfonate, 2-3% of 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol, 5-6% of triethanolamine, 1-2% of dicarboxylic acid rust inhibitor, 2-3% of tall oil fatty acid, 5-6% of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether AEO-5, 2-3% of Span 80, 0.3-0.4% of benzotriazole, 2-3% of fungicide, 0.3-0.4% of antifungal agent, 2-3% of coupling agent, 0.1-0.2% of defoamer, and 4-5% of water.
