Zusammenfassung:	Device (100) for mobilizing the human osteo-musculotendinous system, comprising: - a kneepad (2) arranged to cover a knee of a human user so as to keep the knee in the kneepad, and arranged to exert, on the knee covered by the kneepad, a mobilizing force, said mobilizing force applying pressure to the knee and being directed towards a bearing surface (5) arranged so that the user's pelvis can bear against said surface and - means (6) for increasing the mobilizing force. Dispositif (100) de mobilisation du système ostéo musculo tendineux humain, comprenant: - une genouillère (2), agencée pour coiffer un genou d'un utilisateur humain de manière à maintenir le genou dans la genouillère, et agencée pour exercer, sur le genou coiffé par la genouillère, une force de mobilisation: cette force de mobilisation faisant pression sur le genou et étant dirigée vers une surface (5) d'appui agencée pour recevoir un appui du bassin de l'utilisateur et - des moyens (6) pour augmenter la force de mobilisation.
